Treatment Costs
Osteopathic Consultation & Treatment
Osteopathic Treatment (including initial assessment) – £55 (up to 60 minutes)
Your first appointment includes a detailed case history, assessment, and treatment. I’ll take the time to understand your situation and explain what’s happening before beginning hands-on treatment.
Follow-Up Osteopathic Treatments – £55 (40 minutes)
Follow-up sessions review your progress and continue treatment as needed to help restore comfortable, efficient movement.
Grounded Wednesdays (£45)*
On Wednesdays, I offer a limited number of osteopathic appointments at a reduced fee of £45.
Grounded Wednesdays are an intentional part of my practice, designed to keep osteopathic care accessible while maintaining the same time, attention, and continuity of treatment as every other appointment. You will be treated by me personally, with the same thorough assessment and hands-on care that I provide throughout the week.
Availability is limited, and appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Does not apply for insurance claims.
Clinical / Remedial Massage
60 minutes – £55
Hands-on soft-tissue treatment aimed at easing muscle tension, improving flexibility, and promoting relaxation. This session is ideal if you’d like focused massage therapy rather than a full osteopathic assessment and treatment.
If you’re unsure whether you need osteopathy or massage, please feel free to get in touch — I’ll help you decide which appointment is most suitable. It’s not unusual for someone to get in touch when they have a specific problem, in which case, I would usually recommend osteopathic treatment until the issue is resolved.
Emergency Appointments
Sunday / Out-of-Hours Appointments – £65 (subject to availability)
The clinic is usually closed on Sundays, but if you are in significant discomfort and need urgent care, I may be able to offer an emergency appointment. Availability will depend on personal commitments.
Most calls I receive on a Sunday are from people who are in significant pain, as you might expect! In these situations, even gentle movement or even touch can be uncomfortable, which will limit how effective treatment is on the day. For this reason, I will always talk things through with you first, and some people choose to wait until Monday, when treatment is often more comfortable and effective (as the acute phase passes).
That said, if you feel you need to be seen on Sunday and I am available, I am very happy to make time to see you. If you’re unsure what would be best, please feel free to get in touch for a chat so we can decide together.
