Possibly one of the most neglected parts of the body, and yet two small appendages that we rely on from the time we get up until the time we kick our slippers off and go to bed.
Feet can become restricted, tight and painful. When we see our chiropodist (podiatrist) we can be assured that they will be well cared for; toe nails cut, hard skin removed and observations made to detect early onset circulatory problems.
Osteopathic foot massage
An osteopathic foot massage comprises an assessment of foot mechanics, articulation of all the joint of the foot to free up and improve movement in all the joints of the feet, ankle and knee (yes, the knee also effects the movement of the ankle!).
After this, there is a thorough massage to all tissues of the foot, superficial and deep, leaving the feet energised and supple.
